We offer facilitation as a method, but were asked by several clients if we could offer business coaching to so they could learn the skills to develop their strategic plan, so we developed a standard coaching curriculum.
Developing or updating your existing strategic plan is about first developing the goals and objectives. Next the gap is determined between where you are today and where you want to be and work on developing the steps needed and develop a plan to meet your goals.

STRATEGIC PLANNING BUSINESS COACHING - TARGET CLIENTS
- Business owners who want to develop a strategic plan for their business to help them meet their go forward goals.
- Businesses owners who want to grow their business but are not sure what they need to do in order to accomplish the growth they want or need.
- Business owners who feel that they current business strategy is out of date and want to reset their goals and update their strategy.
- Business owners who find they continually discuss what they need to accomplish, but find what they need to do never seems to get completed.
STRATEGIC PLANNING BUSINESS COACHING - PROCESS
- The participants will complete a strategy planning business coaching questionnaire and provide at least 2 years of financial statements. (3 is preferred) after signing our standard contract.
- There are 20 sessions that cover the topics outlined below that are an already developed curriculum.

- Sales Forecasts & Expense Forecasts (3 Years)

- Financial Management & Budgeting
- For each session there will be an presentation to discuss the concepts and discussion around the business about how it relates to your business. There is homework to be completed at the end of each session that relates to the topic discussed which will be reviewed at the next session.

- Balanced Scorecard / Implementation Plan
- Business Budget ( 1 Year)
- Completed Homework Booklets & Presentation Materials
- There is email support or online support available (when your coach is available) in between sessions to ask questions or clarify concepts.
